Announcements and Activities

Friday Movies in the Park: Meet us in Freedom Park at 7:30 PM for popcorn, games, and a movie on Friday, July 10. Our feature will be the movie "Overcomer" and will begin at dusk.

Men of the brotherhood will meet in Heritage Hall on Thursday, July 9 at 6:30 PM. Join us for a special presentation on the Cleveland Courthouse Museum. Register online or call the church office to RSVP.

We will now be providing meals for Family Promise next week, July 12 – 18, rather than in August.
I have this Sunday and the following Saturday covered.
We need volunteers to take meals on Monday - Friday.
We aren’t looking for sponsored meals this round. We need actual meals taken to the Family Promise House. This can be anything from a home cooked meal to something like Zaxby’s, Subway, Mexican, or Cottage House, for example. You can join together with a friend or as a Sunday school class.
There are two families – 7 people in total. (Four adults and three children.)
Family #1 is mom, dad and infant baby girl.
Family #2 is mom, grandma, and 8-year-old and 2-year-old boys, grandma is ALLERGIC to Seafood, shellfish.
The prepared meals need to be delivered to the Promise House, between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM. They are to be delivered to the back deck door.
Please consider helping this round and let me know as soon as possible, if you can. I appreciate your willingness to help as well as the families at Family Promise.
Blessings,
Dennis
