Brotherhood: Our next Brotherhood meeting will be Thursday, September 10, at 6:30 PM in Heritage Hall. It will be a football-themed event, so wear your favorite team colors. Our guest will be retired US National Forest Wilderness Ranger Bill Elliott (not the race car driver). Call the church office to RSVP or register online.

Called Business Meeting: On Sunday, September 13, at 6:00 PM in Heritage Hall, there will be a special called business meeting to consider the Constitution and Bylaws Committee’s proposed revisions of CFBC Bylaws Article II, Sections 1-4, and Article IV, Section 4. Copies of the revisions are available in the church office.  

WCBA Annual Meeting: The White County Baptist Association Annual Meeting will be Monday, September 14, at 5:30 PM at Helen First Baptist Church. Messengers have been approved already. However, anyone can attend!

Wednesday Ladies' Bible Study: On Wednesday, September 16, beginning at 10:00 AM, the Ladies' Bible Study will resume its weekly sessions.

Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Packers: You are invited to an informational meeting on Saturday, September 19 at First Baptist Church Helen.  The hours are 10:30 AM- 12:00PM.  Come hear from a shoebox recipient and be inspired by what is happening around the world through the distribution of shoeboxes.
